Blegh. Apparently, for some reason, the common cold virus assumed that I could do with some bed-time. So it blatantly invaded my body and turned it into pudding. Not much I can do right now other than resting, eating and drinking (which actually wouldn't be so bad if it weren't for the sneezing, coughing, tiredness and blowing your nose in a hanky every 5 minutes). The worst thing is that this particular cold doesn't seem to play by the rules. Normally if I have a cold, my throat hurts for a day, then there's two or three days of my nose filling up and two or three days of excessive coughing. After that, it's usually over. But I've had this cold for about a week now, and I still feel as shitty as on the first day with no signs of any progress, improvement or even the next "phase" for that matter. Colds suck.

So, to sum it up, the latest news is pretty much that there isn't any. On the bright side, it gave me some time to scour through dA, looking for good art, and that's how I stumbled across =Blazko's gallery. I really like his photography (as well as envy him because he's been to China and I haven't... yet...) so I've done a journal feature. Check it out further below in this journal.

I often come across some stunning artwork while browsing around on deviantArt. This time, I'm featuring the works of =Blazko, a Polish photographer with a lot of great landscape, architecture and porrtrait shots. In several shots, he really puts the "wide" in "wide angle".
